There's been a change....

No, you're not mistaken. This website used to be on www.asiansforenglish.com We've always thought englishforasians.com better suited what we had in mind but for some reason, Thomas (our developer) and I thought the domain was not available! It took us quite some time to find a suitable name (that wasn't already taken) to reflect what we intended to put across with this learning/information website. We settled for asiansforenglish.com

As chance would have it, I was deciding on the design to put up the website address on my Centre's signboard when 11 year-old Thea said, "It would sound so much better the other way round." I decided to try for the sake of trying and there it was! The domain of our first choice was available! And that is how the transfer in domain name HAPPENED.

In the meantime, you might notice some inconsistencies in our content. We've added This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it on top of the initial This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we're keeping both. So thanks for being able to find us eventhough we've shifted (moved addresses).

On the same week that we realized englishforasians.com was available, I had showed 2 classes a video I came across at a homeschooler's dialogue a few weeks before. The title (and there are several versions of it on youtube) is DID YOU KNOW? Ironically, the theme of the video was, "Shift Happens". I suppose "shift" did happen twice over this week!
